  即墨区规划区投资的加盟力度不降至320万元/亩，售卖纯收益或关业纯收益不降至420万元/亩，税金不降至20万元/亩，高新服务业工业征地溶量率不降至1.5；莱西市规划区投资的加盟力度不降至三百万元/亩，售卖纯收益或关业纯收益不降至220万元/亩，税金不降至230万元/亩，高新服务业工业征地百分比不降至70%。

  In the Jimo Area, the investment intensity will not be less than RMB 3.3 million/mu, with the sales revenue or operating revenue not less than RMB 4.5 million/mu, the tax revenue not less than RMB 300,000/mu, and the plot ratio of industrial land not less than 1.5.
